BOOKING
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required for date reservation. A total o f 75% deposit at least 2 weeks before your wedding date while the full balance should be paid not later than
3 days after your wedding. Kindly note, we do not hold dates until a contract has been signed and booking.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Event highlight are sent within 3 weeks of your event and your full
gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks.

Each image is carefully crafted in AD weddings signature style defined by refined colour, balanced tones, and a timeless, true-to-life finish.
Portraits of the bride and groom are gently retouched with a soft, natural approach, preserving authentic skin texture and emotion while enhancing every image with elegance and intention.

Varies by the scope wedding, but estimated 500-1000 photos.
TRAVEL
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:
One room per photographer is required , We place a high value on the comfort and well-being of our team and kindly ask that appropriate arrangements are made to ensure a pleasant stay.
FLIGHTS:
Round-trip flights are required for each photographer. Flights may either be booked directly by the client or arranged by our team and invoiced accordingly for reimbursement.
TRANSPORTATION:
All ground transportation, including airport transfers, ride-hailing services, and travel between the hotel and wedding venue, should be provided by the client. Alternatively, transportation may be arranged by our team and invoiced for reimbursement.
